I am sorry to hear that you have some recent symptoms.

Yes, do mention this to your GP, and/or hospital consultant, so they can assess you fully. It is better to report most new symptoms. Often, they are not connected to each other, and may be due to other causes, but the doctors can use their experience to decide if any tests might help get more clinical information.
