Unfortunately, as nurses we are not able to diagnose or guess what the matter is.  

We would always suggest that people get checked out by their GP (family doctor), if they have any new and/or persistent symptoms. The vast majority of the time, the symptoms are due to straight forward medical conditions that are not anything serious such as cancer. But it is good to be aware of our bodies. 

A GP can pick apart your various symptoms, as it can be easy to lump them together in our mind sometimes. They are often not related and may be due to different things. Try not to Google, it rarely helps, tends to raise anxiety, and is not meant to replace professional medical advice. So ,try to not over worry about this.
