Unfortunately, on this forum, we cannot suggest to you what it is. Usually, an ultrasound provides enough information for the doctor to make a diagnosis. Most lumps and bumps have straight forward medical explanations. 

Waiting for test results is usually stressful and most people find it hard not to worry. I think it is often a troubling time and there is nothing much you can do but try and hold your nerve as best you can. Try and keep busy and occupied and try to not over worry.
