Sorry to hear you had LLetz treatment 6 months ago and are having some worrying symptoms.

Unfortunately no one on here can tell you what this might be caused by and it is important to let your doctor know. I understand you have your screening appointment Monday so you could mention it to them at the same time and if needed they can also speak to the doctor. Or you may choose to try and have a chat to a GP in the next couple of days instead.

Try not to over think things too much for now though, there could be many reasons for these symptoms unrelated to the abnormal cells you had earlier this year so sit tight for now.

Remember screening is all about preventing cancer by picking up abnormality at an early stage, that can then be monitored or treated until everything in the cervix returns to normal.
