Unfortunately, this forum isn't really meant for people with symptoms, as everyone's situation is different.
Most breast pain/soreness is related to changing hormone levels, this is more common if you are younger. Also, any muscle strain or spasm in the chest area can cause nerve type sensations. Try and do some gentle stretching exercises to stretch your back and chest area.
If it doesn't resolve, then do ask your GP about it, and see what they say.
