I have this hard eggs shaped lump attached to the inside of my vagina and it is just below the urethra on my right hand side. It is painless but I'm just curious as there is not one on the other side.
We can't diagnose you but it could be something like a Bartholin cyst which is a small fluid filled sac just inside the opening of a woman's vagina. The NHS have more information about these cysts which you can see here
It is always a good idea to have this confirmed by your GP so anything serious can be ruled out.
