  • Hello and thanks for your post

I'm afraid we are unable to diagnose anyone or tell them what the matter may be. We always advise people to speak to their GP about any new or ongoing symptoms that are worrying and not going away to be on the safe side. Doctors are trained to assess people’s symptoms to help them to work out what might be wrong, and then if necessary, can arrange tests to give more information.

The majority of the time there are a variety of reasons for lumps and for most the cause will have straightforward medical explanations and won't be anything as serious as cancer. As you’ve had your lumps for over 4 years then it’s highly unlikely it’s due to cancer.

Because of the current pandemic it’s more likely you will be offered a telephone appointment initially with your doctor. After the consultation, if they feel they need to see you, they can offer you a face to face appointment.

I hope you know more about your situation soon.

    Kind regards,

    Celene

  • Hi, thanks for your response by any chance what do you think what's the problem do you think it's something serious?

  • Hello and thanks for your further post

I'm afraid I don't know what's causing the lumps at the back of your head. As I said before you really need to speak to your GP about this as no one can diagnose you on here.

But as you've had the lumps for over 4 years it's unlikely to be anything serious but do contact your GP when you get the chance.

    Best wishes,

    Celene
