What a difficult time you are having.  Although it is good to try and be positive, it's also good to allow yourself to feel sad or worried from time to time.  And at the moment it sounds like you have a lot to contend with so it is quite understandable that you would be feeling distressed.  It can help to talk things through with someone else at times like this.  If you have a good friend or family member you can talk to this may help and the community here on Cancer Chat are very supportive.  But don't forget that although you have had biopsy samples sent off and and need some more tests after your mammogram, these tests could still comeback negative and show that there is nothing the matter.

Hi martin thank you for your reply I think I'm just overthinking it all and have been wrapped up with my bowel cancer surgery and recovery so just didn't bother checking anything else, I'm sure it will be nothing life just couldn't be so cruel as to give me another different cancer
