I have found a small lump just in front of my tragus, it's not painful but now and again I do get a tingling sensation on my face and just inside the ear, also it can appear itchy. Should I be worried?
I'm afraid we are unable to diagnose anyone or tell them what the matter may be. We always advise people to speak to their GP about any new or ongoing symptoms that are worrying and not going away to be on the safe side. Doctors are trained to assess peoples symptoms to help them to work out what might be wrong, and then if necessary can arrange tests to give more information.
The majority of the time there are a variety of reasons for lumps and for most the cause will have straightforward medical explanations and won't be anything as serious as cancer, so try if you can not to overly worry.
