I am sorry to learn that you are waiting for another TURBT to find out more about these new tumours. I can understand that this is worrying you. 

I am not sure what the urology team meant by 'angry' and I think the only way to find out is to ask them, but they may want to wait for the pathology results to be sure. So at the moment you are in the thick of it and I don't think there is a way of finding out much more. It isn't unusual for non muscle (superficial) bladder cancer to recurr and when it does, more often than not, the recurrence is non muscle invasive too and can be treated in much the same way as before. 

Try your best not to dwell on things while you are waiting and take it one step at a time. I hope you get a date for the TURBT soon.
