I'm sorry about how much pain you're in at the moment and for the worry this is causing.
I'm glad you're going to see your GP about this but if the pain continues to get worse and you're hoping for some medical advice this evening or over the weekend, we would recommend getting in touch with the NHS on 111 as our cancer nurses won't be able to get back to you until Monday.
I am sorry to hear about the lump you have and the pain it is causing. If it is in your bottom it may well be a pile but do speak to your doctor so they can take a look.
