I'm afraid we are going to be unable to diagnose or say if there is anything the matter as we are not doctors. What I can say is that cancer is more unusual in your age range.

It might be a good idea to keep an eye on it over the next week, and if doesn't go away get it checked out by your GP just in case it was just a spot or cyst that settles down. Anyone noticing anything that they are concerned about we recommend they contact their doctor to be assessed properly.
