Hello, 

I thought this was the best place to post and ask for advise. Iv noticed a white patch on the bottom of my nipple which seems to be getting bigger. Iv also noticed that Iv started to have one on my other nipple too. Iv noted a change in my nipple being more inverted also. 
Does anyone have any advise on what I should do as I don't want to waste my GP's time.

    Unfortunately, we can't diagnose or tell you what it is, on this forum.

    Most nipple issues in young women are easily explained, and are not due to cancer. Nipple symptoms anyway are not common as a breast cancer symptom generally.

    Nipple skin colour changes can be affected by fluctuating hormone level changes. If you are worried, or want to know more then you would have to ask your GP about it and they can advise.
