Possibly a sprain/fracture/partial dislocation, the shakes could be where a nerve got trapped. Not a medical expert just my opinion. Either way should get it checked out and just stay calm. Panicking yourself does no good as stress can produce really bad symptoms such as insomnia lowered immune system headaches etc good luck
