You could try applying a warm flannel and gently squeeze to see if it opens up. Otherwise apply an antiseptic cream for a few days.

You could contact your GP practice nurse for advice if it persists.

Unfortunately, this isn't really the most appropriate place to ask about everyday symptoms like this, so do call NHS 111, or your GP surgery, or ask your local pharmacist for general medical advice.
