I just don't know what to do if she doesn't refer me which is making me more anxious than if I have anything sinister or not x

Hello and thank you for your post.

I am sorry to hear that you are going to be seen at the breast clinic but remember that most people seen there will turn out not to have cancer. While I know this might not help you worry less do try and be reassured that you have been referred to get checked out. Breast Cancer Now have some good information about what to expect at the breast clinic when you get there, you might want to read it here.

It is just a couple more days until you are seen so do try and keep your mind off this and if you can keep yourself busy with other things.
