Hi lovely I'm exactly the same 5 month pp I've had two lots of antibiotics and at my last appointment nurse seem to felt like it had gone down. I was concerned as I've not breast fed, however I can still feel the lump so I'm going to give them a call tomorrow and ask for another appointment. Try not to get yourself so worked up it is hard but it's nothing to worry about until it's something to worry about xxx

I was exactly the same making myself sick with worry. It's on the outer part of my left boob I only noticed because the skin was slightly raised. Pre baby I've never checked so honestly couldn't say how long I've had it. But obviously I'm checking every day which is no good either. It does seem movable but I'm still going to ring for another check over tomorrow because I can still feel it try not stress message me any time xxx

I'm sorry you are worried about a breast lump.

Easier said than done but try not to over think things if you can. Breast lumps are common and are most likely to be caused by something other than a cancer. But they should be checked out just to be on the safe side. Breast cysts and fibroadenomas ( a build up of fatty tissue) are common in pre-menopausal women so there is a good chance one of these could be the cause. You can read more about this at this link. 

The important thing now is that your GP has referred to the breast clinic where they are likely to examine you and carry out some imaging ( mammogram or ultrasound) to find out more. If necessary they can also take a biopsy.

Waiting and not knowing what may be the matter is unsettling so try and keep yourself busy and your mind on other things if you can as this can help.

I have my doctors appointment at 3.10 this morning I just hope they want to investigate it otherwise I'm going to go crazy I mean I've had it over 3 weeks hopefully we both get somewhere this week my lovely x

I was seen by the doctor on Monday and also had an urgent referral to the breast clinic. My appointment is on Thursday and I'm really anxious. I don't have a lump but have swollen tender area near my armpit the skin is very sensitive and goes into left breast. I'm convinced it's cancer and that it has spread
