I can't tell you what this puckering could be, but whenever someone complains of a new symptom we always suggest that they get it checked out by their GP.
In the first instance you will have a telephone call and then f they need to see you they will organise a face to face appointment and will probably perform a breast examination.
There are many different breast conditions that women can get that are far less serious then cancer, but it is always a good idea to get it checked out. Even if it is for your own peace of mind.
