I am sorry to hear about the ongoing symptoms you have that are clearly worrying you.

I'm afraid the forum cannot tell you what the matter is but hopefully you will get some more answers when you are seen by ENT.

Symptoms can be caused by a range of different things, most won't be serious and sometimes it takes time to find out the cause. As you are taking omeprazole I assume you have or are being treated for some acid reflux that can cause a sore throat in some people. Keeping a note of the foods and drinks you consume and when the symptoms become worse can sometimes help to pinpoint triggers in people. 

If symptoms are worsening do let your GP know but I hope you have some answers soon.

Thank you for your email.

I would like to share that I had a serious time period of acid reflux(4 months). I had to go and see a private doctor for an ENT to get this result. Still waiting on the NHS for an Apointment. I can not help to have sympathy with people that can not afford the 750.00 pounds to get a result. If this was serious it feels like people dont get seen fast enough and that you will be in a bad situation the further time goes on.

Furthermore was dianosed with Helicobactor Pylori gastritus. So I am on Antibiotics to get that removed. 

I would like to get involved in the cancer association by listening to people and give them support. I was in a very dark place without having answers. There ar more people with different results that needs people to talk to. If you can guide me on how I can become more involved I will appraciate it.
