Hi,
I have no idea what that could be but I would say if it's something you're worried about please do go to your dr and have it checked. As with anything bad the quicker they are seen and dealt with the better. Not that I am saying it is something bad at all. My daughter is 15 and whilst I can't personally help I didn't want to not reply as I know if she was worried about something I would hope someone would help her. X
Alright thx for your reply
Hi, I just had to google search what body part that was. Lol. sorry
People often have sternal notch ( angle of Louis) which is normal.however ribs and sternums are all slightly different.
I would definitely make an appointment with your GP or practice nurse.
They may refer you for further tests (chest X-ray ) and go from there.
Go get it checked out.
Keep us posted
Efffie :)
Hello and thanks for posting,
We can't tell you what this hard lump is but as the member of the forum suggested this may well be part of your anatomy.
We would always say if you have a new symptom or lump then it is always best to get it checked out by your GP. It may be something that you have always had and you have recently become aware of.
Your first appointment will be on the phone and then if they need to see you to examine it then they will organise a face to face appointment.
I am sure that if they feel that it needs any further investigations such as an x-ray they will organise this for you.
When you have concerns it is best to get it checked out by your GP so you can hopefully put your mind at rest.
Hope this helps.
All the best
Catherine
