I'm afraid we can't tell you exactly what it is, if it's sore then probably is a blocked gland/cyst or infected spot. You might need to see your GP about it. Sometimes antibiotics are needed to clear it. Sometimes, it might burst of its own accord. 

In the meantime, try having warm salt baths, and apply some antiseptic cream to the area. Seek medical advice, if it doesn't resolve in a few days.

Hi, has anything else happened? I have something similar but it's like to the right of my clitoral hood. It's really making me panic.

I find Vagisil cream which has painkiller in it pretty good 

maybe worth a try you can buy it in pharmacies.
