Unusual bleeding can occur for a number of reasons, cancer isn't the only explanation and may not even be the most likely one. See what the NHS website says at the links below:

Tummy pain and fatigue can also have a number of explanations and they may not be related to the bleeding, but do mention them when you see the nurse for your smear. 

Getting this checked out is the right thing to do, but until you get some answers, try and keep an open mind - I think fear and worry can get the better of us sometimes.  When a smear is taken the nurse has to be able to see the cervix so they will be able to tell you then if yours looks healthy or not. If something doesn't look right the nurse can refer you for tests so it sounds like things are in hand. I hope you don't have too long to wait as 'not knowing' is inevitably stressful.

Thank you for replying Julia Iv read up I know this doesn't help but in regards to symptoms it seems that it's leaning more towards the cervical cancer although I could be wrong. Having cancer in my family and my mum passing of cancer it's just filling my head and I'm in pain and no pregnancy and sti x
