I also have a little lump like this it's also smooth and oval. It came about during my period and is getting smaller now. Does yours feel smooth and oval 

Yes it felt round at first but since feeling it a bit more it feels oval, about the size of a tic tac and really rubbery x

Sounds exactly like mine. Keep an eye on it if it gets bigger go to the gp. I'm positive they are cysts. 

I went to the GP but she referred me for a scan so obviously I've s**t myself I booked to go private instead my appointment is Wednesday I don't think I could wait weeks to be seen my anxiety is through the roof as it is. I am due on in 2 days though so does make sense x

It's difficult to explain to someone what a moveable lump is as it's usually something that doctors are trained to feel and recognise. 

The GP can  take into account how moveable a lump is, but the fixed /movable route isn't always enough to decide what is going on and if not, or there is room for doubt, tests may then be needed at a breast clinic. Other factors may also be taken into account, for example people's age.
