Hey, I have a very very small pea sized lump on the side of my left testicle. I've had it for around 4 days so far and it just came out of no where. The whole left testicle is painful when touched and the lump it also painful to touch. I'm just scared to what this could be or the possibility of it being something really bad... I've read online that a lump on the testicle can either be a cyst or else cancer... but it said a cyst is located at the top of the testicle and I have a lump on the side. I have no other side effects of cancer tho or having a cyst. I just have the pain and lump. But since it can't be a cyst because where it's located I'm just really worried incase it'd cancer since I'm not seeing any other results as to what it may be... I'm only 16 aswell and I'm really worried.
