My husband having severe issues back end, lost a little weight he has a chest consultant due to chest issues, he sent him for a scan, that consultant rang him Wednesday just gone said you have colon cancer, its migrated to liver, sent on two week pathway, had appointment come to see consultant today, but also a telephone appointment with a nurse practitioner this morning, the nurse said your appointment been cancelled this afternoon, need an appointment for camera which may come in 10-14 days you may then be contacted for another appointment, husband said this leaves with no pain killer etc, the nurse stated ring your docters, so we are left with someone who has been told he has cancer which has spread being told your appointment cancelled so doesn't seem to matter at all, its not just the mental torture now thinking he has not got long to live but also a consultant not even bothering about a human life, how we supposed to live like this in no mans land where no one is interested?
