Experienced post menopausal spotting on friday, this only occured once.  Approx 4years ago I experienced pmb i was referred under 2wk rule had transvaginial scan, endometrium thicker than it should be had hysterosxopy and biopsies taken.

What should I expect regarding the spotting am I to expect to be refered again, or should I expect a routine gp appointment?
