Hi,

I was wondering if this agonising wrist and hand pain with swelling could be caused by Letrozole. I’ve been on it for almost 3 years with no issues until last week. I ended up in A&E as the pain was so bad.  Had 5 x rays in total over 24 hours, they called me back in the following day. No fracture but I’ve got calcifications and ossification I think it was.  

I have no use in my hand now and pain isn’t going away despite naproxen and the swelling is getting worse.  I had a bit of anxiety initially wondering if it was something serious but I think it’s more of a tendon issue.  I’m getting it checked again.
