Hello.  Male, Hetro. 

Im 66 on W&W with CLL for approx 10 yrs

I have sero neg RA.

I have an AF heart arryrhmia.

I now have Squamous cell insitu under 5 of my nails. The nail beds have been removed. This is diagnosed as exstensive Bowens disease.

They found HPV in the nail bed samples.

I have a lump in my neck and I await a core needle sample to be taken.

I have read tgar the HPV is a high risk strain, it changes cellular structures to cancer. Im told by Doctors that ita likely started due to my low immunity.

Im very concerned as I am very unlikely to shaje the virua off. Can  anyone explain exactly what is likely to happen. 

Im awaiting  internal examinations . 

Ive spoken to my Dermotologist, heamotologist plus a consultant from Health Clinic. 

It seems to me I have woken a sleeping giant that coukd be my downfall.
