My husband has stage 4 Bowel Cancer which has spread to his lungs and shoulder. He has tried two different kinds of chemotherapy and couldn’t continue with either due to heart problems and the 2nd time it caused constant diarrhoea and he was in hospital for 5 weeks until the got it under control. His oncologist has suggested a drug that isn’t widely available in this country called Teysuno (tablet form) and is trying to get it through our local NHS Trust but isn’t confident they will agree. I’ve research it and can get it privately but I don’t know how often or how long he would need it? Any advice would be gratefully appreciated. Tia
