It no longer has pus in it and is now a hard lump

I am sorry to hear you are worried about a lump. From what you have said it sounds like it could be a bartholin cyst, if it had some pus in it at first.

Bartholin cysts are common and harmless and usually resolve by themselves without needing any treatment. If you are worried though or the lump doesn't go away I would suggest arranging to see your GP who can take a look to find out more.
