I’ve been taking letrozole for just over a year, have had the more common side effects, hot flushes etc. but I’m now experiencing tingling in the fingers and some aches, but wondering if there is anything I can take to help ?
I am sorry to hear about the tingling that you are getting in your fingers. It is not a common side effect with letrozole but it may be a good idea to get your GP to assess the tingling. Your doctor may want to do further tests such as blood tests to see if there are any other reasons for these symptoms.

If the tingling continues and the GP thinks that it might be related to this type of hormone therapy then they may consider switching you to another one.
