I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing symptoms that are causing you worry. Having tests and waiting for results can be an especially stressful and anxious time, particularly when you have had cancer in the past. Understandably, you are wondering whether something serious could be causing these symptoms.

It is reassuring that your blood tests and X-ray results have come back normal. Hopefully, once your ultrasound results are available, your doctor will be able to give you a clearer picture of what may be causing your symptoms.

At the moment, it is not possible to say what is behind these symptoms. However, there are many possible explanations, and it is important to remember that symptoms are not always related to cancer. As you have recently been diagnosed with rotator cuff tendonitis, this may also be contributing to what you are experiencing.

I wonder whether you have been able to discuss your worries about cancer with your doctor. If not, it may be helpful to let them know about these concerns, as they are best placed to explain what the results so far might mean and to offer further reassurance while you wait.
