I found the prep and the procedure for a colonoscopy very traumatic then told e told it's cancer and have more invasive tests and scans to be done. I have mental health personality disorder and different traumas going on. I on't know how to deal with it all. Im going to see the gp surgeries  counsellors in 3 weeks time. I don't they will be any good for the deepths i will need to go. Is this normal to get trauma?.
