Hi there- my husband was diagnosed with the same in 2022.  He is on ‘active surveillance’ & has 6 monthly blood tests to monitor his PSA levels but no other treatment.  He has only been offered an MRI scan if his PSA  levels have risen so perhaps if your PSA levels are stable that may be the reason for no MRI scan?  It might be worth asking your team why you’ve not been offered an MRI if you feel you would  be happier having one annually?
