Swollen under arm

Hello its prob notning but i have noticed swelling under left arm pit which is different to right side and nipple darker colour

and had a odd feeling in left breast For a while just feels heaving cant feel a specific lump just feels sore

should i be worried

    I am sorry to hear about some recent symptoms to your breast and armpit. There could be many reasons for this and not all will be the result of something serious but if you are worried and this isn't settling you should speak with your doctor.

    They can examine you and refer you to the breast unit if they think necessary.

    There are many reasons for lumps and breast changes that aren't linked to cancer but it is best to be on the safe side and get this looked at just to be sure.

    Thanks for the reply

    i left it for a few weeks and still didn’t feel right 

    got pain like bruises and a very very small indent and call not a lump but feels different to the other side 

    so saw gp and she has referred me to local breast clinic got appt next Monday 

    i feel like a fraud as feel prob just me and nothing wrong anyone rlse feel like this

    Hello and thank you for coming back to us.

    If anyone notices a change that is unusual for us it is best to get checked out. You have, and the GP has made a decision to send you to the breast clinic as they are in the best position to properly assess you.

    I think it can feel odd for some people that they are getting referred into the hospital with small changes, but it is always best for the doctors to be cautious.
