Hi. Recently went to the docs as unexpected bleeding.  Im 50. Have mirana coil, due to adenomyosis and on everol 100 patches for menopause symptoms.  Im also have hypothyroidism.

Doc sent me for 2 week pathway for hysteroscopy.  However when I attended they were asking why I hadn't had a scan... ermm ive no idea just got sent here.... ermm you've got a coil...we normally do biopsy without coil... ermm OK..  i just got sent here. 

Ive also got swollen abdomen ( in the past 3 weeks) I look 6 months pregnant. Uncomfortable.  Still bleeding on and off (heavy spotting but enough for tampon). Feeling uncomfortable after eating. 

Got a call today to ask to go into hospital tomorrow for ultrasound.  

Why would i get a call 4 days after biopsy asking to come in for more tests?.
