Hello Ollie and thanks for posting
I'm sorry to read about your non- Hodgkin lymphoma diagnosis but pleased you have now completed your chemotherapy treatment.
Many people do very well on chemotherapy treatment ,but outcomes vary depending on the type of lymphoma you have, the stage, your general health, and your response to the treatment given.
Your specialist team are better placed to advise you further on this as they are familiar with all your medical details. It might also be worth you having a chat with your specialist nurse (CNS) as they know your situation and may be able to advise you further. You often have to call and leave them a message and they will get back to you.
You have posted on the ask the nurses section of the forum but I see you are asking for other users experience. Anyone is welcome to reply on here but you may get more response from others who may be or have gone through similar by posting in a different section of the forum as well as here.
The charity Lymphoma Action also have an online forum that you can join and you may be able to connect with others going through similar things.
I hope this is of some use. Give us a ring if you would like to talk anything over. The number to call is Freephone 0808 800 4040 and the lines are open from 9am till 5pm Monday to Friday.
Kind Regards,
Celene
