Need a Hadfield procedure

Hello,

I have been told I need a Hadfield procedure due to debris behind the duct in ultrasound which came back from biopsy as a B3 papillary lesion. I have a background in public health and primary care so instead of the usually googling I've been researching NICE guidelines and reading research papers. I don't understand why they've gone straight for TDE instead of vacuum biopsy. I presume there's so degree of atypical cells as I don't have constant discharge or recurrent mastitis. Can I request the histology report from the biopsy? Also, should I get a letter with the biopsy results on? My head was absolutely gone when I got the results I went from "Oh, we're not worried, we'll ring you on Friday 29th with your results" to a phone call on Wednesday 27th after their MDT saying "You need to come to hospital for your results tomorrow morning". So, I don't think I remember much of what was said. Plus I'm neurodivergent so I really need all the information possible to calm myself and rationalise it in my brain.

Thanks in advance for reading and commenting.
