I know the removal of a benign basal cell on the nose is expensive, so I would like to go private and need a good place in the northwest. Please can anyone help?
It would be cheaper to use the NHS but both our regional NHS Cancer Centres have private wards attached if you want to reduce your waiting time. Just google the name of the hospital followed by the words private cancer treatment.
Thank you for your reply. . I’ve already looked at a private clinic with good reviews. I went for the biopsy today at the nhs. It frightened me looking at the images of scaring . The private hospital does MOHs surgery which I think is better than the excision. I’ve got an appointment next week, so hopefully they will give me some more information
Hi.. thanks for your reply. I’ve been for my biopsy at the NHS hospital. I’ve looked into private hospitals and got one with good reviews. I have booked to see someone next week and am looking at MOHs surgery. The nhs says it’s 12mths plus waiting. It just scares me.
