- Had scan and tests for passing blood clots in urine on the 24th April had a swollen kidney every thing found to be ok. But they found a insidental shadow neary spine so it went to MDT meeting on the 8th May . Found out last week by ringing up GP surgery as didn't receive any communication from the hospital . Rang consultants secatary inbetween left message no answer back. Rang last week after I found out about there being a MDT meeting someone answered said my consultant secatary is on holiday till this Monday and that I had been discharged from the urology service but couldn't tell me what happened in the MDT meeting and it would be explained in the discharge letter. Rang secartery yesterday left message as still no letters from Hospital or anything on app. Feeling frustrated. I do worry I had cancer 30 years ago in my mouth lost over half my upper jaw. They were very slow at getting back my results then. The consultant who finally delt with it was brilliant but even he complained that I shouldn't have waited that long .
