I only take 2.5mg of oramorph as and when needed because I don’t like feeling out of control, however the last couple of times I’ve had a strange sensation in my chest , like a pressing feeling, occasional tingly arms , both, breathlessness, so reverted back to other pain meds for now , but not as powerful as oramorph
