I have been taking Letrozole for about 2 months. Only recently I have experienced dizziness. At its worse I am having to stay seated. What can be advised if it is the drug causing this symptom.
I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing dizziness. Unfortunately it is a known side effect of letrozole. If it continues do go and see your GP. You should also avoid driving if it continues. The dizziness may settle down over the next few weeks but if it continues your GP may consider putting you on another hormone drug.
It may also be a good idea to have your blood pressure checked and a full blood count to rule out any other causes.
