I have a raised lump just above my knee about 5mm deep n diameter. I’m calling the GP tomorrow as I’m worried it’s something sinister. So I be concerned?

Doctors are trained to assess symptoms and can arrange tests if they feel it’s necessary to try to find out what might be going on. If needed, they may consider referring you to the hospital for further tests.
