Unfortunately, as we are not part of the NHS, we won't be able to access any medical records to see what has been recorded about the treatment.

You can ring the hospital pharmacy department, and if you can give them the patient's NHS number or hospital number, they may be able to look him up on the hospital system.

If there is also a hospital clinical nurse specialist (CNS) involved, then they can also check it out for you.
