Iv been to the doctors today as iv had a cough for a couple weeks turns out it’s a chest infection and have been given antibiotics.

currently on herceptin every 3 weeks, I have 7 left out of 18. Zoladex 3 monthly and daily’ letrozole for stage 3 breast cancer. Had my 8 rounds of chemo and  15 days radio last year with left mastectomy in August.

Am I being paranoid my chest infection could be something more? Do I need to tell my oncologist I now have a chest infection?
