dyskaryosis

Good afternoon

Ive had the results back from my smear test and the results were HPV positive with low grade changes to cells, I am now awaiting an appointment for a colposcopy.

I've  read that from the colposcopy can see whether you're CiN1, 2 or 3, with CIN3 being the highest pre cancerous cells.

Is it possible for someone to have CIN3 with low grade changes? I'm going down a rabbit hole with Google and scaring myself.

Kind regards

Sam
