I have been diagnosed with Ductal carcinoma and I'm due to have chemotherapy, next week, Epirubicin and Cyclophosphamide, for 3 rounds then docetaxel for 3 rounds, i know this will make my white blood cells low, but im worried because i have a autoimmune disease called polymyalgia rheumatica which lowers my red blood cells and immune system, so im worried how having low red and white blood cells will effect me .
