I noticed an indentation in my left breast when holding my arms up-moreso when leaning to the right. I’m completely panicked, I’ve seen the GP and been referred on the 2 ww. There are no lumps or other breast issues..but I’m convinced this is breast cancer and my mind is spirelling. I’ve recently lost just over 3 stone in weight-and I have lost a lot from my chest-at least 1 cup size. 
Is this a common explanation or is it almost always breast cancer as a cause-as That is what Dr google suggests! Abel
