I’m sorry to read about your situation and appreciate what a worrying and unsettling time this must be for you.

Getting one Zoladex dose a week early and the next a week late can make your hormone levels fluctuate, and can cause the symptoms you are experiencing. These symptoms are commonly reported when there is a change in timing or dose with Zoladex. It can make you feel physically and emotionally unsettled. It does not mean anything is wrong with you, it’s just your body reacting to the changes.

Hopefully, everything will settle down soon. If you still remain concerned then do speak to your specialist team. If you have a specialist nurse involved in your care then perhaps they can provide you with further information. You often have to call and leave them a message and they will get back to you.
