I'm sorry you are worried about a lump in your upper jawline.

Lumps can appear for many harmless reasons, like blocked glands, cysts, infections, or swollen lymph nodes.

Because you have a history of sebaceous gland cancer in your eyelid, any new lump especially on the face or jawline should be checked by a doctor. This does not mean it is cancer, but it should be checked out just to be sure.
